THE RESILIENT WORKPLACE
Somatic Strategies for Workplace Wellness
In today’s work environments, stress isn’t just an individual issue—it’s a cultural one. Burnout, emotional fatigue, and disconnection impact productivity, creativity, and morale across entire teams.
The Resilient Workplace is an experiential workshop (or series) designed to help your team reset, recharge, and re-engage—using simple, science-backed somatic tools that support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and workplace cohesion.
Why Somatic Tools?
-
Somatic (body-based) strategies help people move out of stress and restore balance. They allow the nervous system to discharge accumulated mental, emotional and physical stress and build resilience.
-
These practical, accessible tools can be done in small doses throughout the day. They don’t require special equipment or even a yoga mat—just the body’s innate ability to regulate and restore.
-
Participants leave with real-life techniques they can use in virtually any workplace setting, in meetings, or before an important event. Done regularly, these tools benefit overall health and well-being at work and home.
