So often we move through life pushing, bracing, or holding it all together. Our bodies adapt—quietly storing stress, emotion, perfectionism, and old messages like “keep going,” “try harder” or “stay small.” Over time, those patterns shape how we move, how we feel, and how we relate to ourselves.

Inner Motion is a gentle, guided workshop designed to help you slow down, tune in, and notice the story beneath the structure. It’s not about doing more—it’s about sensing more.

In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Tune into internal signals - learn how the body communicates tension, emotion, and needs

  • Notice hidden patterns that shape movement habits and energy levels

  • Experience gentle ways to release unconscious bracing, allowing more freedom and ease

  • Enhance mind-body connection, opening the door to greater self-awareness and choice
