SPRING CLEANING

FOR THE SOUL

From Overthinking to Inner Knowing

You’re trying to make a decision.

Is this anxiety or intuition?

You’ve gone over it again and again—
made lists, weighed the pros and cons, talked it through.

And still… you’re not clear.

Doubt starts to take over.

Your mind searches, thoughts loop.
You feel a sense of urgency, tightness, pressure, a low hum of worry in your body.

Sometimes it’s not just anxiety.

You might notice a tendency to defer to others— to second-guess yourself, override your needs, or look outside for the “right” answer.

Maybe you were taught, directly or indirectly, that your needs were too much…or that speaking them made you difficult, selfish, or wrong.

And somewhere in all of it…
you’ve lost access to what you actually know.

✨ In this workshop, we will start to shift the pattern.

Disrupt overthinking.

Soothe urgency.

Catch the moment we go on autopilot or abandon ourselves.

Start to rewire the way your system gets pulled into worry, doubt or deference to the outer world.

Not by pushing it away - but by creating space around it.

Space for your voice, your inner knowing and wisdom.

This isn’t about quick fixes or trying to override what you feel.

It’s about learning how to work with your experience—so you can find clarity from a more grounded place.

Not about bypassing—about coming back to what’s real and holding it with compassion and care.

🌿 We’ll explore:

  • Somatic practices to work with the physical patterns of anxiety and overthinking

  • Breathwork to help clear and open the system

  • Energetic practices to support alignment with your inner knowing

Working with both the physical and energetic body, we begin to clear what’s in the way—
so clarity can emerge.

Slow down, reconnect with yourself and a small group of like-hearted folks in a private setting in North Vancouver.
