New Moon Circles

Monday evenings - 6:30 - 8:30PM

at Utopia on Londsdale, North Vancouver

These gatherings are intended to offer a place to set down your roles, masks, burdens and connect deeply with yourself and an intentional community of like-hearted women. Coming together in community ritual is a powerful way to make meaning of the sorrows, joys, ordinary, magnificent, awkward, funny and human events of our lives. Ritual helps us consciously integrate our experiences, helps us express and make sense of what we are navigating in our lives. It supports the weaving together our inner experience and outer events of our lives.

We come together at the New Moon to rest and ground. It is the time of undoing, softening, slowing down, integrating what has been, before moving on to the next task, event or creation in our lives. Each circle begins with a guided arrival practice and includes a theme, a body-mindful intuitive practice and optional share. Each circle is a co-creative experience, each person there carries a unique expression and story. These rituals have been a grounding rod in the rhythm of my year.
